  • How to sign up

    Apply though Brightwheel (HERE)

    After you apply please send an email to Mossyrooteducation@gmail.com with your preferred schedule. We will then prompt you to fill out your child’s Student Contact forms, vaccination forms and sign a PolIcy Agreement all through Brightwheel. Please make sure to Indicate your child’s first day in your email.

    Families with set schedule will be billed one time per month. Families with flexible schedules will be billed according to their needs.

  • Pricing

    16$ per hour for days scheduled ahead of time.

    Children may attend 0 to 5 days per week, and you may vary the number of days your child(ren) attends from week to week.

    Sibling discount 15$/hr for each child for days scheduled ahead of time

    19$/hr for care scheduled one week or less prior to date of attendance. No sibling Discount.

    All bills will be sent monthly through Brightwheel.

    School Year Tuition (Sept. 9th, 2024-May 31st, 2025)

    5-Days 4-Hours: $10,432 total/$320 weekly

    5-Days 3-Hours: $7824 total/$240 weekly

    5-Days 2-Hours: $ 5,216 total/$160 weekly

    4-Days 4-Hours: $8,345.60 total/$256 weekly

    4-Days 3-Hours: $6,259.20 total/$192 weekly

    4-Days 2-Hours: $4,172.80 total/$128 weekly

    3-Days 4-Hours: $6,259.20 total/$192 weekly

    3-Days 3-Hours: $4,694.40 total/$144 weekly

    3-Days 2-Hours: $3,129.60 total/$96 weekly

  • Scheduling

    Hours 1:00pm - 5:00pm

    Flexible rolling drop-off times

    Two hour daily minimum, four hour daily maximum

    After registration, please email mossyrooteducation@gmail.com to set your child’s schedule. Please make sure to indicate your child’s start date.

    Please remember that we staff according to enrollment. If you don't sign your child up but end up needing care, there is a possibility we may not be able to accommodate drop ins due to staffing.

  • Billing

    Bills are sent out monthly and as needed though Brightwheel.

    CANCELLATIONS:

    PLEASE PROVIDE 2 WEEKS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND THROUGH BRIGHTWHEEL.
